Your wardrobe significantly impacts the overall look of your pictures, and I want you to love the final result!

I prioritize getting your pictures to you quickly so that you can enjoy these precious heirlooms as soon as possible! Your full gallery will be delivered within three weeks of your session in a personalized online gallery that allows you to download and share your high-resolution images. I also offer rush processing services if you need your photos guaranteed back sooner.

As a family photographer and mother of two, I understand what it's like to parent young children and can assure you that it is normal for them to not listen perfectly or even to cry at our session. Not to worry, we will still get beautiful photos!

While I also take traditional portraits with everyone looking at the camera, my style is more focused on capturing genuine emotions and candid moments, which lends itself well to letting kids have fun--running around, playing, and being themselves. Don't worry, this is totally normal, and most of my clients are shy or sometimes feel nervous in front of the camera. I will guide you through the entire process, helping you feel natural, relaxed, and like yourself. While I do give prompts and advice about posing, I will never force you into unnatural or uncomfortable poses.

It depends! Part of the value in hiring me as an experienced natural light photographer is that I provide personalized guidance on scheduling your photoshoot so I can create beautiful portraits of your family using the most flattering light! I base my recommendations on factors like time of year, type of location, and details like direction of the sun, tree coverage, etc. 

Typically, it's best to shoot outdoors witin a couple hours of sunrise or sunset, and most families book outdoor sessions in the evening. Studio sessions or in-home lifestyle shoots are usually in the late morning or early afternoon, depending on the space.
